I've had so many requests for headache remedy blends, it's not even funny. But there's a big scary reason why I'm not interested in moving from cosmetic claims to medical. While I fully support and encourage you to research the oldtimey plant science that dominated the medical fields ages ago, I also fully respect and support the FDA's quest to stop unscrupulous hippies from selling cinnamon sticks as ebola deterrent. That said...this blend of mints, lavender, and eucalyptus will totally make you smell like a hippie with a headache.
Seriously though, if you get long term headaches, it's time to up your water intake, lower your sugar intake, up your cardio, and see a medical professional about some FDA-approved medication. Essential oils are pretty and romantic, and they really were the most effective (albeit side-effecty) option of their time, but they can be extremely dangerous when paired with certain medical conditions, totally ineffective against a great many things the internet claims they treat (ebola, cancer, and sasquatch, to name a few), and because the human body does react so potently to them, it's very easy for you to "reach your limit" and turn them into allergens. Take it from me, the chick who can't touch tea tree oil without exploding from both ends and asphyxiating. (I would NOT recommend ever finding out what your tea tree limit is.)
About .3oz in a little glass bottle complete with roll-on thinger. Individually shrink wrapped, and tested on friends, not animals.
The carrier oils I use are fractionated coconut oil and unrefined hemp seed oil, which make for a light, non-greasy feel when applied. The vitamin e is in there as an antioxidant. You'll notice the shocking lack of alcohol.
Ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil; Unrefined Hemp Seed Oil; Essential Oils; Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
