Hey guess what, my friends Liza and Kim are opening a brand new store in Damariscotta! It’s going to be a consignment shop, and it’s going to be filled with funky, local, hand crafted awesomeness. Yay! I’m so excited. The shop’s name is Kindred, and it’s located downstairs in the Damariscotta Center. As of right now, the grand opening is December 2nd. So yeah, I’m freakin’ out sewing hot packs and knitting cuffs. The kitties have been a major help and inspiration…

plug away shamelessly, my friend. i don’t mind, really! we are all so psyched, it’s contagious. so much good vibe going on downtown about this. word had even spread to the fabric shop (alewives) and i was almost assaulted with bolts of amy butler when i walked in yesterday! I was like, “easy there, fabirc junkies, this has all happened so fast i have’nt been able to talk it up yet!” i guess that’s the greatness of this thing, it taps into such a niche. we’re psyched. keep pluggin’ my little advertising friend.
